For traceability purposes, each marking is unique to guarantee clear, secure information and to obtain a completely unambiguous internal and external process. The marking or “labeling” of products is completed within the manufacturing process using various combinations of human- or machine-readable technologies.

Packaging is a real cornerstone of the entire process before the product leaves the Company perimeter. The cooperation with best packaging experts in the market, allowed us to robotize the Company and to increase, with the automation, the entire production flow, so that we can guarantee our customers the best service.

Digital scanners separate and direct secondary packages into one of the four available loading bays. A palletising robot, capable of adapting to any situation with great flexibility, creates the pallet according to pre-selected mosaics. Then it proceeds with the preparation of the pallet with all the available information for logistics. This innovation allows the logistical optimization as well as having an improved environmental impact.

The use of two cogeneration plants at the Torbole and Berlingo production sites aims to optimize the energy intensity of the production processes, by guaranteeing an efficient energy supply and a reduction in costs, with an eye on the environmental sustainability.
