IFS - INTERNATIONAL FOOD STANDARD


An International recognized standard, which certifies food safety, the quality of work processes and the products themselves.

GLOBAL FOOD SAFETY STANDARD


It establishes strict requirements for managing food safety during all stages of production and distribution. It is used in over 60 countries and ensures that products meet international food safety standards.

AIC - ITALIAN CELIACS ASSOCIATION


It guarantees both the absence of gluten-containing ingredients in the product and the absence of the risk of contamination.

GFCO


Issued by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, it certifies that the products bearing the mark have undergone rigorous checks to exclude the presence of gluten in the products.

KOSHER


It certifies the compliance of the product with Jewish food legislation, and it is issued only and exclusively by a recognized rabbinical body, which supervises the production of the food to guarantee that it is truly compliant.

ORGANIC


It ensures that strict conditions for production, processing, transportation, and storage are fully met, in accordance with Reg. EU 2018/848.

VEGAN


It certifies that a product, at every stage of its production, has been obtained excluding any animal origin ingredient.

NO GMO


It grants to the consumer that any Genetically Modified Organism is used in the whole production process.

SQS


SQS certifies that Il Pastaio S.P.A has a management system which observes the requirements of the standards: ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system.

IQNET


It certifies that Company Il Pastaio S.P.A. has implemented Health and Safety Management system for this area: Production of traditional potato gnocchi, pasteurized & packed.
